## What's in scope

Every engagement has written scope limits, so you know exactly what you are getting before we start.

### Includes

- Locate, Assess and Triage against the ASD LATICE approach
- Cryptography inventory across VPNs, TLS, certificates, SSH and key cloud services
- Data confidentiality-lifetime and exposure rating
- Vendor PQC support status for in-scope platforms, confirmed at the time of the engagement
- Risk-ranked migration register and a roadmap aligned to the ASD timeline
- One readout session (up to 60 minutes, online)

### Size limits

- Up to 20 in-scope systems or services
- One organisation and one environment (for example production or non-production)

### Excludes

- Implementation or migration work (see Post-Quantum Transition Plan, Crypto-Agility Architecture Design and Post-Quantum Pilot Migration)
- Source-code cryptography review
- Automated discovery and a full cryptographic inventory (see Cryptographic Inventory (CBOM))

### Client provides

- Read-only access or configuration exports for in-scope systems; a named technical contact; answers to questions within 2 business days
