## What's in scope

- Hybrid post-quantum key establishment (ML-KEM) and, where the platform supports it, ML-DSA signatures configured on the pilot system
- Interoperability and performance testing with a documented rollback position

### Size limits

- One pilot system: a VPN gateway pair, one TLS-terminating endpoint or one code-signing pipeline
- Up to 10 test clients
- One test cycle and one re-test

### Excludes

- Production-wide rollout
- Hardware or software upgrades needed to support post-quantum algorithms
- Changes to applications or third-party systems

### Client provides

- A platform version that already supports post-quantum algorithms
- Change windows and administrator access for the pilot system
- A named technical contact and test users
