## What's in scope

Every engagement has written scope limits, so you know exactly what you are getting before we start.

### Includes

- Firewall and security policy change review and approval
- Architecture advice on projects and changes
- Insurer, customer and tender security questionnaires
- Monthly one-page security report for leadership
- All within the monthly hours shown

### Size limits

- 12 hours per month; unused hours do not roll over
- Business hours, next-business-day response
- No lock-in: month to month, cancel any time with 30 days' notice

### Excludes

- 24/7 monitoring or incident response
- Helpdesk and end-user support
- Project work beyond the monthly hours (quoted separately)

### Client provides

- Read-only access to in-scope platforms; a named IT contact; inclusion in change approval

**Fixed price for the scope listed; anything beyond is quoted before it starts.**

**Low-touch option:** A$1,000 per month ex GST. A named architect on call and included in your change process, with no included hours or monthly report; all work billed at Rate Card rates (time and materials)
