## What's in scope

Every engagement has written scope limits, so you know exactly what you are getting before we start.

### Includes

- Audit plan agreed in advance
- Audit of ISMS clauses 4–10 and a sample of Annex A controls
- Nonconformities and opportunities for improvement, graded
- Internal audit report suitable for your certification body
- One readout session (up to 60 minutes, online)

### Size limits

- One ISMS scope, up to 250 users
- Up to 30 Annex A controls sampled
- Up to 4 days of audit fieldwork, remote

### Excludes

- Writing or fixing ISMS documents (see Security Policy & ISMS Documents)
- Certification body fees
- Technical testing of controls

### Client provides

- Current ISMS documents, Statement of Applicability, risk register and previous audit reports; access to control owners

**Fixed price for the scope listed; anything beyond is quoted before it starts.**
