## What's in scope

Every engagement has written scope limits, so you know exactly what you are getting before we start.

### Includes

- Maturity assessment of all eight controls against the current ASD maturity model
- Evidence review and interviews with IT and leadership (up to 4 hours)
- Target maturity level agreed with you (one level above your current level), and the gap to reach it
- Written report with findings ranked by risk, a plain-English summary for leadership and a priced remediation roadmap
- One readout session (up to 60 minutes, online)

### Size limits

- One organisation, up to 250 users
- One Microsoft 365 tenant and one on-premises domain
- Up to 3 locations, assessed remotely

### Excludes

- Remediation work (quoted separately once priorities are agreed)
- Penetration testing
- Formal certification or attestation

### Client provides

- Read-only access or configuration exports for in-scope systems; a named technical contact; answers to questions within 2 business days
- Installing our assessment tool on sample devices, where required
